3. Pattern Support

4. Made to Order

Some items offered on this site are made to order, meaning each piece is crafted especially for you after your purchase.

• Production time: The estimated time to make the item is 3-4 weeks. This may vary depending on workload, and I’ll let you know if there are any delays.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.

• Returns and exchanges: Since these items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
