The Dinorah Cardigan is worked from the top down. It features saddle shoulders, a polo collar, button-down cuffs, and an (optional) patch pocket. Construction starts with the two saddles, and then the back and fronts are shaped with short rows and increases. The body is worked flat once the pieces are joined at the underarms. Sleeves are worked in the round, switching to flat knitting for plackets and cuffs. The collar consists of a double knitted section and a polo collar section with increases to maintain the ribbing pattern.
The pattern includes links to video tutorials for all new techniques.
